Ensuring:
* Property is secure
* Look for weather damage, water leaks, wind etc
* Heat operational, including photo of thermostat
* Perimeter inspection for break-ins
* Collect mail, take inside
* Forward mail if necessary ($25 plus mailing cost)
* walk Through each room, including basement
* Check water heater
* Meet repairperson or delivery person (additional $25 per trip)
* You will receive a detailed report after each visit

*Electrical Failures
*Recording Room Temperatures

Innisfil Cottage Watch will:
*Contact you immediately and provide you with full details
*Photograph and document the issue for you and attach them to your PRS report
*Notify the proper authorities and/or South Simcoe Police if required. We will remain on-site to act as your liaison with S.S.P, your insurance company or any other required service
*If you are not available we will take immediate action on your behalf to minimize any further damage

STORM WATCH
Storm Watch is our extra eye on your cottage after an extreme storm. We will re-visit your cottage to complete an agreed upon CHECK LIST to make sure there was no damage caused by Mother Nature. This service is offered all year round to cover all four seasons.

Have you reviewed your home and cottage insurance policy lately? If you have not our unsure we recommend that you contact your insurance company or broker and ask about your coverage while you are away from your home or cottage. In most cases you are only allowed to be absent from your property for a set time, something to look into prior to taking that vacation or closing your cottage for the season.
